Can I really use wet food in this feeder?
Yes! Unlike tower feeders that clog with moisture, our six-grid design features independent compartments. You can place wet food, treats, or dry kibble in each tray. We recommend using wet food for meals scheduled within 24 hours to ensure freshness.
How do the "Music" reminders work?
You can set a musical alert that plays when the tray rotates to the next meal. This creates a positive association for your pet, letting them know it's time to eat even if you aren't in the room.
What is the maximum number of meals per day?
The feeder has 6 separate grids. You can program it to provide 6 meals over 6 days, or 3 meals a day for 2 days—the choice is yours! The digital timer is highly flexible for your pet's specific routine.
Is it safe for my pet's paws?
Absolutely. The rotating mechanism is designed with safety sensors to ensure it won't rotate if it detects resistance, protecting curious paws from getting pinched or stuck.
Does it require batteries or a plug?
This model is designed for maximum portability and safety (no cords to chew!) and typically runs on 3 AA batteries. This allows you to place the feeder anywhere in your home without worrying about being near an outlet.

Is it hard to program the feeding times?
Not at all. The interface is designed for simplicity. You can set the clock and meal times in under 5 minutes using the LCD screen. Once set, it remembers your schedule every day until you decide to change it.
What if there is a power outage?
Safety first! The feeder is powered by a wall adapter, but it also accepts 3 "D" size batteries (not included) as a backup. In the event of a power cut, the feeder will switch to battery mode and continue to dispense food on schedule.
Will it work with large kibble?
To prevent jamming, we recommend using dry kibble with a diameter between 2mm and 12mm. This covers most standard cat and dog food brands.
Can I record a voice message?
Yes! You can record a 10-second message (like "Dinner time!") that plays just as the food is dispensed. This helps keep your pet's routine consistent even when you aren't there to call them.
How much food does the tank hold?
The large capacity tank holds approximately 3.5L to 4L of dry food. Depending on your pet's portion size, this can provide enough food for several days or even weeks before needing a refill.
