How loud is the pump?

How often should I change the filter?

How does the ball-type refill work?
It uses a physical siphon principle. As your pet drinks and the water level in the bowl drops, air enters the "ball" reservoir, allowing a precise amount of water to flow down into the bowl until the equilibrium is restored. No batteries or electricity required!

No. Once the water level reaches the mouth of the reservoir, the air seal is created, and the flow stops automatically. The design is engineered to maintain a consistent, shallow water level that is perfect for cats and small dogs.
