What happens if my home WiFi goes down?
The feeder has internal memory. Once you set the schedule via the app, the feeder will continue to dispense food at the programmed times even if the WiFi disconnects. However, you won't receive phone notifications until the WiFi is restored.

Like most smart home devices, this feeder connects specifically to 2.4GHz WiFi networks. If you have a dual-band router, simply ensure your phone is connected to the 2.4GHz band during the initial 2-minute setup.
How many people can control the feeder?
