How loud is the pump?
Our fountain features an ultra-quiet submersible pump (measured at below 30dB). You will barely hear it—making it perfect for bedrooms or for pets that are easily spooked by noise.
How often should I change the filter?
To keep the water at peak freshness and free of hair/debris, we recommend replacing the carbon filter every 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the number of pets using the fountain.
Why is flowing water better than a bowl?
In nature, moving water is a sign of safety and freshness. Flowing water is more oxygenated and appeals to your pet’s natural instincts, encouraging them to drink more and supporting healthy kidney function.
Is the dispenser easy to clean?
Yes! The fountain can be completely disassembled in seconds. The tank and lid can be washed with warm soapy water. We recommend cleaning the pump once a month to ensure longevity.
What happens if the power goes out?
The dispenser is designed with a top water tray that holds a small amount of water even when the pump is off, ensuring your pet has access to some hydration until power is restored.
