How does the water stay at the right level?
The water dispenser uses a Siphon Pressure Valve. Once the water in the drinking tray reaches a certain height, the air pressure seals the bottle, stopping the flow. As your pet drinks, the level drops, air enters the bottle, and it automatically refills to the perfect level without overflowing.
Can I use this for both cats and dogs?
Absolutely! This combo is ideal for cats and small-to-medium dog breeds. The gravity-fed design ensures a constant supply of fresh food and water, which is particularly helpful for busy pet parents or multi-pet households.
Is it difficult to clean?
Not at all. The food tank and water bottle are both fully detachable from the base. We recommend a simple hand-wash with warm soapy water once a week to keep the surfaces hygienic and fresh.
